Organising my kids thank you notes

I always prepare the thank you notes for my kids' birthday parties in advance, to save us all stress!

I choose an online site with my son or daughter, where we can browse and choose a free downloadable template that they like. We print out enough copies to make sure we have one for every invited guest and I always make sure to have a good supply of spares!

I make up a list with the names of all of the guests, several days before the party, with space to write down what the gift was. We fill this list in as the gifts are opened, and the kids ALWAYS complete their thank you notes the day after the party, so the notes can go out quickly.
