Thankyou emails to respondents who have taken the time to answer your survey are an important part of your survey design.

You can consider offering entry into a prize draw as an incentive for repondnts to complete your survey ... which you will want to mention in your thank you email.

You can also use your thank you message to introduce new content or new offers to your site visitors, providing links to relevant pages.

Here is a sample survey thank you email, free for you to copy and edit for use in your own survey.

Dear [Customer],

Thank you so much for completing our questionnaire. We know you're probably really busy and we're grateful for the time you've spent telling us about your experiences. We value your feedback and we'll use it to help us continue to improve our service.

If you'd like to tell others about your stay with us, why not post a review on Trip Advisor? It's very easy and we know that reviews help other people like you decide if [Your Company Name] is the right holiday for them too.

Once again, a big thank you!
